Who: Prof. Martin Melosi, University of Houston

Martin Melosi is the Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen University Professor
of History and Director of the Center for Public History at the University of Houston. Melosi has been president of the American Society for Environmental History, the National Council on Public History, the Public Works Historical Society, and the Urban History Association. Martin Melosi has published seven books in urban, environmental and energy history. He is currently working on a survey of atomic history entitled Atomic Age America.
